Minimum Order Value

  • What is the minimum order value?
    • The minimum order value is 250€.

Shipping

  • How is the shipping cost calculated?
    • The shipping cost is based on the volume and weight of the order. The shipping cost appears at checkout. 
  • What is the free shipping policy?
    • We offer free shipping on orders above 450€ to EU countries*. Please review our conditions to ensure eligibility for free shipping.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    • We typically ship orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment. In some cases, like during periods of high demand, it may take up to 1 week.

Sold out products

  • What is the delivery time for sold-out products?
    • Delivery for sold-out products typically takes 2-4 weeks.

Delivery Times

  • How long does delivery take?
    • For EU countries, delivery usually takes 4-5 working days. For Portugal and Spain, delivery is typically 1-2 working days.
    • For UK and Switzerland, delivery usually takes 5-7 working days.

Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We only accept payment via bank transfer.
  • What is the payment deadline?
    • Payment must be completed within 48 hours of placing your order, or your order will be cancelled.

Taxes

  • All the prices are shown without taxes.
  • If your company is registered in VIES you will not be charged of any tax. If not registered, please make a registration in the link below or you will be charged of 23% Portuguese VAT.

  • If you are a Portuguese company a 23% VAT tax will be charged in the invoice sent by email.

Packaging

  • What materials are used for packaging?
    • Our packaging materials include:
      • 100% FSC Certified Paper Bags for shipping boxes.
      • Paper stickers identifying each reference.
      • We reuse paper waste.
      • 100% compostable and biodegradable shipping bags.

Care Instructions

  • How should I care for ceramic vases?
    • Our handmade vases, crafted from natural clay, are beautifully unique and designed to be waterproof, though slight variations may occur due to the artisanal process. To clean your handmade vase, we recommend gently wiping it with a soft cloth. You may add a small amount of water if necessary.
  • How should I care for textile products?
    • Each fabric has different properties and care requirements. Always refer to the care labels on the individual product, usually located on the inside. Follow the provided instructions for general cleaning.

About the Products

  • Are products exactly as shown in the photographs?
    • Each product is handcrafted and may contain slight variations (such as color, size, etc.), making each item unique. We cannot guarantee that products are exactly like the photographs, as variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of the materials used.

Broken or Faulty Products

  • What should I do if I receive a broken or faulty product?

If you receive a broken or faulty product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Send us pictures of the issue for verification. Please note that our products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, and other details, making each item unique. After verification, you have the option to either receive a reimbursement or keep the amount as credit for your next order. If you choose reimbursement, we will need your bank details to process the refund.
